Carkeek

Carkeek park was really cool for me to be able to go to, especially because usually when I go, I'm watching about ten little kids who are not allowed to get too close to the water. I've never gone to Carkeek beach just to see what was in the intertidal zone. I think the most interesting thing we found was the shaggy mouse nudibranch. I think these are my favorite type of nudibranch. They're not the most glamorous nudibranch, but that's the first one I ever found and learned about. I really enjoyed using the quadrats to analyze what animals could be found where.
