This is a clown nudibranch it was in the tide pools but we also had one dredged up on the boat. it was just kinda scooting along it did (best guess) poop out of te little frilly thing on its back. This guy helps keep down moss animals and is eaten by starfish and probably other creatures too. One cool thing I learned was about sand dollar the little star design is actually the bottom of the creatue.
